Trade Sales Support is the optional managed quotation follow-up service within Find Your Local Hero. Stay focused on your work while we follow up approved quotes, record customer replies and keep your next actions clear.

Use it for Hero enquiries and quotations to your own customers. You do not need to buy leads to use Sales Support.

Separate, simple pricing

Core — £350/month: up to 20 quotations and 4 delivery hours.
Growth — £550/month: up to 30 quotations and 6 delivery hours.

Each package stops when either allowance is reached. Onboarding and additional work are quoted separately. Lead purchases and Hero memberships are separate charges.

How it works

1. Sign in through Hero Login and request Sales Support.
2. Agree your package, contact permissions and approved follow-up wording.
3. Share open quotations securely; receive updates and next actions.

Your business retains control of prices, technical advice, discounts, acceptance and booking dates. Quote preparation, cold calling, debt collection and taking payments are outside these packages. Sales are not guaranteed.
